Issues with Nook Version of Hippocampus

It has come to my attention that readers can't get past the table of contents of the nook version of Hippocampus when downloading from B&N.  However, the Kindle version of Hippocampus seems to work well.  The nook and kindle versions of Echinodea are also working (I tested them!).  It's just an issue with Hippocampus when downloading from B&N. This problem is being looked into and will be corrected ASAP.  I'll post an update once it's fix...
